Love the color and design of the Staub Braiser. Enamel cast iron let me evenly cook my food and I can serve the dish right in the braiser. So it’s a beautiful cookware at the same time I can use it as serve-ware.

Great except for knob

Love it, but the knob gets too hot. Haven't tried using in the oven bc of this.
