I spent alot of time with this system before posting my review so i could give people actual issues that happened to me. To start things off, theres a huge learning curve to this system but also once you understand everything about it the system itself runs amazingly. Do i have some complaints, of course but can i justify them not getting 5 stars, no i couldn't. The only real issue i have with this system is the AI currently thinks birds that land by my camera are people also big bees hovering by the camera comes up as human. It has set my alarm off multiple times and this is after i figured out how to fully use this entire system. Im not sure if the AI will be adjusted in the future but from what i see they are always updating and making changes based off feedback from the community. Now do i think that alone is enough to justify a return? No and heres why. Once you get this system dialed in and working properly it is absolutely amazing. The alerts and the tracking on the cameras is top notch. The quality of operation and the app is well implemented. The cameras audio is crisp and picks everything you need to hear and then some. Almost all the cameras you find on the market will not compete with these cameras. Unless you're going to spend thousands of dollars per camera these cameras and everything are 100 percent worth the money in my opinion. Take that as you will.
