MS surface pro 7 nightmare

I loved my last surface and I bought the new version Primarily for the graphics. Apparently there is no pen that’s compatible with his computer. I can draw with my finger but not a pen. Best Buy did not. Let me know what I purchased it. I’ve had this computer for two weeks and I’ve been literally on the phone with Geek Squad problem-solving this and other issues. I’m definitely not happy with my purchase

A lot of programs and games don't work.

Probably wouldn't buy it again if I could redo it. There are a ton of important programs and apps that aren't compatible with this laptop (which is insane to me)
