Great Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great product from a high quality manufacturer. I have used a similar model at work for several years and has always worked without fail. Only thing I question is the product does run on batteries. However it does have a port for an AC adapter, but it does not come with a cord, nor does it mention in the instructions. A little clarity on this would be great!

Good basic label maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good basic label maker. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles but if you need something basic it does the job. We had trouble getting it to print evenly. Not sure if it needs a new tape or what.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this item, it good to put names o organize thing with some clue, the part of this one that I'm not Agreed it that used a lot of batteries, and they are not included on package, this word properly and I liked it.

Worked a couple of times then said jammed

Keeps saying it's jammed. I've tried different cartridges, different new batteries, even turning the little driver stub like I read about in a couple different forums. Still says jammed. and yes, they were official Dymo cartridges.

Label jam error is displayed when then there is physical label jam in print roller or print head is not clean, kindly make sure there is no physical label jam and set the device to Factory reset and try printing. Works great for my needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dymo label maker is perfect for what I need. It’s easy to use - I didn’t even really need to read the instructions. I wish the screen were easier to read in certain lighting, but overall it’s OK. It has a lot of different options and functions that could be useful for just about any labeling situation. The backing is easy to peel off and the labels stick really well, too. I try to do a bunch of labels at one time with spaces in between each word rather than separate labels for each one in order to save on tape. It takes a lot of batteries but it’s nice that it’s cordless. Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our DYMO label maker just in time for us to organize out kitchen which made things a lot simpler and quicker to find. My family and I had so much fun organizing not only the kitchen but our own personal items. It does come with a label roll, you'll need 6 AA batteries for it, yes I know quite a few but it's so worth it. Might just take it to my job to label all my items. It's very simple to use just turn it on and type in the item or times you'll like to label and that's about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Jam’s like crazy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for a little while now and I almost can’t stand to use it. I wanted to use it to label stuff around my house to help my 4 year old learn how to read. It worked perfectly the first few time, but after that it started to jam. Once I fixed it it worked one more time and now every time it jams. It will print but instead of it coming out it just crinkles up inside the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for providing us feedback for our Label Manager 160. I am very sorry that our product has not met your expectations.

If a LabelManager 160 shows you a “Label Jam!” message it may mean three things. First, you have got a physical label jam in your printer. Please open the cassette compartment and make sure that the roller on one of the walls of the machine is white. If it is not, please use tweezers to remove the jam. Second, the power is low – replace the batteries with brand new ones. Third, the device needs a factory reset. In order to reset your device to factory settings, please follow the steps: Turn the device off. Press the following three buttons simultaneously: Backspace + 9 + on/off (press and hold first two keys and then press third one). You should see the words “Erasing” appear on the screen if the step was done correctly. The device has now been reset to factory settings.
