Very Good Labeler
on March 1, 2024

I've had this printer more years than I can remember and I'm pleasantly surprised it's still available. That's a testament to this product's good design, build quality, and dependability. On average, I use my 360D monthly and it's always worked with no issues. I'm also amazed the rechargeable battery has held up so well.
Granted, it doesn't have a backlit screen nor super easy access to format changes but I don't usually make frequent format changes. All in all, I'm very pleased with the 360D and feel it's a very good value for the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Maybe go for just standard rechargeable battery
on September 15, 2024

I would go for a standard rechargeable battery option or a wall plug option. It's possible that my battery won't charge anymore. Either way, I have not used it much, and it won't run from the charger with our without the battery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Label maker that doesn't print labels
on October 17, 2024
Posted by: CW02
from HI
We now have 3 of these hoping at least one would work. Each one will not print labels. Its as simple as following the instructions on page 10/32, however, nothing ever prints. The label feeder does not forward the label and all you get is a single line printed. I've tried looking things up to help with no solutions.

Hello.
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Based on what you have described, I suggest you follow these troubleshooting steps:
Turn off the device and remove the batteries (if present). Open the tape compartment and remove the tape inside. Take the cleaning tool (if available) or a cotton bud, and dip it in a pure-alcohol-based solution (like acetone, hand sanitizer, isopropyl, or ethanol). Carefully clean the print head and print roller. Allow the solution to dry for 5 minutes. Keep the batteries removed and press the On/Off button 20 times. Insert new high-quality batteries and turn it on. Reset the printer to factory settings by turning it off and pressing the backspace + 9 + On/Off buttons simultaneously until “Erasing” appears on the screen. Turn the device back on and try printing a label.
If the issue persists, Please reach out to us via our website or through LiveChat. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9 am - 5 pm Eastern Time.
