Highly sensitive to heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pans conduct heat really well but any bit of high heat will wear the non-stick coating off ceramic-aluminum frame. You have to get used to cooking on low heat and be careful in purchasing the set if you have an induction stove with two ringed tops where you can’t control the internal ring temperature. I got a second set thinking the first set was defective or due to misuse by others, but within 3 uses, they lost their nonstick; this time on a gas stove. I have read reviews saying they have had the product for years, but I don’t see how this is possible and still have its nonstick qualities.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The each piece in the 10 piece cookware set is handsome, easy to clean,and non-stick for all foods, especially eggs and cheese. Members of my family have used them and are considering them for their new kitchen. Yes I would highly recommend the 10 piece energy plus cookware set to discerning cooks.
