[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pans work well and feel like nice quality so far. I love the design. The non-stick costing works well and seems durable. Great replacement for all of my Calphalon non-stick pans that were scratched and not lasting.

Weighty cookware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty set, has a very substantial feel. Weighted bottoms. Cooks evenly. Dishwasher friendly! The true test will be if they hold up but I have not had them long enough to know. That’s the only reason they did not get a fifth star.

Highly sensitive to heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pans conduct heat really well but any bit of high heat will wear the non-stick coating off ceramic-aluminum frame. You have to get used to cooking on low heat and be careful in purchasing the set if you have an induction stove with two ringed tops where you can’t control the internal ring temperature. I got a second set thinking the first set was defective or due to misuse by others, but within 3 uses, they lost their nonstick; this time on a gas stove. I have read reviews saying they have had the product for years, but I don’t see how this is possible and still have its nonstick qualities.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
