[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased and made my first meal, Blackened Mahi Mahi, I can tell u I have made this numerous times on Teflon pans and it always smokes and sticks, but this time it was like magic! It didn’t stick it didn’t smoke and clean up was a breeze! So far I’m in love with these pots and pans!

Ceramic Nonstick coating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and myself had a set of Costco pans for 7 years and never had an issue with them. He purchased me some new pans and the first time I used them, one of the pans nonstick coating did not work. I never use metal cooking utensils and always wash my pots and pans by hand and never in the dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
