Charge it up,and away you go. I have a large corner lot.Large wrap around front lawn, average size back lawn. Both mostly weeds. After winter, for the first now,the lawns had gotten away from me and were about 9" tall. The MJ401C-XR-RED will cut it,but you have to put it in a wheelie position, front wheels off the ground. Once you have the lawn cut to a regular height, no problem. I can now the front lawn with one charge, charge it again, it is a large corner lot, and now the back lawn with enough of a charge left over to cross cut the front lawn again. It's so light too. Wheel height super easy to change. As is the rear bag. Love it. Great support from factory too!
If it has a brushless motor does it go faster? I was told my new Sun Joe (red) would arrive in 7-10 business days. It got here(Nor Cal) in 4 days! Very impressive! It was almost fully assembled, just installed the handles and charge. Super lightweight, but not in performance. Cut thick, tall crabgrass, no sweat. Only used once, so far so good. Only drawback, small grass catcher.
I got this mower because I have problems with the pull string on gas mowers. This is a very low maintenance mower and runs like a dream. I would recommend this mower. It’s light, very easy to put together and gets my yard mowed.
Love this baby mower. Perfect size for my patio villa mini lawn in The Villages FL. Takes up very little space in garage and easy to handle for a 70 year old female.
Exceeded my expectations. Little more is sturdy and cuts through more grass than I expected.

Finally! As a small framed person, gas-powered mowers wore me out. Hauling gas cans in my rig makes me anxious.
Hence, electric here I come! Corded models seemed counter-intuative. A dear friend took my hint and ordeed this one foe me. I love it!
It is lighter and quieter than my vacuum cleaner! Easy to assemble and bagger works perfectly. My yard had not been mowed for a couple of months, so it was tall and thick, and I was not familier with the ground beneath, which turned out to be very uneven. There were no rocks, but many cracks and holes. and my soon had serious doubts.Aside from reversing whether the safety key goes in or out (in) order to engage the motor. This little beauty lasted as long as I did, so it took 2 days to complete the 80'x80' yard. The toughest thin was how many times I had to empty the bag. Now that I'm caught up, all should be smooth mowing from now on.
