There was not a hard set up at all! That was a relief. Was difficult to figure out how it folds, and was hoping to adjust it to ‘beginner ‘ and couldn’t but I am doing ten minutes at a time for now since I typically run but my knees are getting bad. Overall good purchase so far!

This is the second stepper I have bought. For the price and how it functions it is a good value. Is lightweight and does not take up much room. The only issue I have is having to replace shocks, however for what they cost and the use I get it is no big deal.

I'm happy, as it was an alternative to using the basement gym that now a living area for my son and his family. I didn't want to bother them if they were around. I started out with 1 min, as I'm a senior, and am in good shape, but it was a different type of equipment than the other's. I'm on 6 mins now after 2 wks of using it. I like it very much, but the lowest is not as low as I would have expected. Maybe there's a reason for this? I think it was worth the money.
