It is a good work bike. I only wish the work tray accommodated a 17 in laptop plus mouse pad space. And if the handles were allowed to tip downward to allow for easy access.

Very sturdy and love the fact that the tray desk works with any electronic device. It also has gripper bar to hold on to for balance and a cup holder. I will leave it near my chair, so when I get a signal to stand and move, it takes me couple steps to hop on and get moving. I use this daily. Worth the purchase.

The bike works well and have used it almost daily. Doesn't take up much space unlike bikes at most gyms. Not light but moveable. The only problem was with the crank on the right-side pedal. The bolt via which the crank is attached was partially stripped. Customer care sent me a new crank but the bolt itself cannot be replaced. Attached the new crank as well as possible. It is firm. I don't see any further problem with it. Your customer care rep (#5 Christine) was very helpful and responsive.
