The bike works well and have used it almost daily. Doesn't take up much space unlike bikes at most gyms. Not light but moveable. The only problem was with the crank on the right-side pedal. The bolt via which the crank is attached was partially stripped. Customer care sent me a new crank but the bolt itself cannot be replaced. Attached the new crank as well as possible. It is firm. I don't see any further problem with it. Your customer care rep (#5 Christine) was very helpful and responsive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missing parts. Can’t use. Was told 4-6 days when called. 2 weeks later when I had to follow up m; it’s now out of stock. So I have a useless bike until/if I get the part.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a decent bike for what I paid. Definitely not for anyone shorter than 5'2". Seat is too hard, I thought I could spend a number of hours on the bike while working but I started experiencing back aches because the seat is way too hard. That's a real shame.
