I haven’t been able to really try it because I had several issues while assembling. The instructions were very easy to follow, however I had to go to the hardware store twice for bolts (the first time because one was missing, the next because the bolts provided didn’t fit properly.). I also had 3 unidentifiable bolts left over. There is one step that is confusing to me: there is a bolt that goes into one of the arms that essentially makes it impossible to change the position of the arms. I am going to double check all the bolts and then hopefully be able to begin using. I was able to assemble by myself, however attaching the arms was difficult due to their weight - could have used a second pair of hands to hold the arms while I attached them. I sure hope everything is securely fastened and I can begin working out!

This is a nice bike.. it is simple to use and we are pleased with it. It can simultaneously work both your upper and lower body and it is sleek and easy to use. I like the fact that there are no cords or wires attached to worry about.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally fascinated with this bike, it is like having my own gym at home, I can work cardio and also work legs, abdomen, arms and back and at the same time have a total record of my lost calories.
The bike comes in parts and it was very easy to assemble, comes with very detailed instructions and also with some very useful tools to assemble. It is very comfortable the chair and the backrest, you can have a very comfortable posture, the pedals have a resistance control that you can gradually graduate according to your ability and pace, the bike is very versatile, can be used for a variety of exercises, very Convenient to keep fit and healthy, it is very easy to transport from one place to another, simply this product is all that I need at home to exercise and feel in my own gym.
