Great bike!

We received the bike fast and securely packed. Putting it together wasn’t bad at all. We could do it ourselves. Adjusting the brakes took a little time but it was fine. It’s a sturdy bike, fun features with the lights. My son loves it! This is his second Jetson bike, he had one size smaller which he loved as well. Highly recommend it!!

JLR X Light-Up Bike

I bought this bike for my niece on her 5th birthday. I was worried that she was not going to get it in time. But thankfully Jetson pulled through and it worked out perfectly. It delivered very Fast! Assembly was super easy and quick. Check the manual before trying to put it together, it will make a lot more easier. Once not was put together she has not stopped riding it. The bike rides smooth, the brakes works really well, and the handle fits her hands perfectly, and obviously the lights are her favorite. Thank you for making such a cool bike.

I got my daughter this bike as an upgrade from her Jetson scooter and smaller bike. She is a tall 7 year old and it fits her well, her feet reach the ground with it on the lowest seat setting. We’ve had It for a month and she’s already worn through the tires. I wish they were a bit more sturdy but she does love to burn out and push her breaks to the limit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Chain keeps falling off

Chain won’t stay on and they don’t sell a product they need to make training wheels work with THEIR own training wheels. Doesn’t make sense. So my daughter has never been able to ride. Seems to be poor quality.

Not compatible with training wheels!!!

We bought this bike with their training wheels, the do not work together despite what the boxes say. I reached out to Jetson and was told to buy after market axle extenders and stabilizers, great. Nope. Now the chain keeps falling off with and without training wheels and we now have a bike that isn’t rideable. I have reached out to Jetson multiple times and they have not been helpful. Overall it is a poor quality bike. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE!

Great Bike!! It’s a must!!

My daughter loves this bike! Firstly, it’s super cute; she has the metallic pink bike and the light feature is awesome. It rides well and the adjustable seat is beneficial as she’s on the shorter side. The packaging was nice and sturdy. I like how each part was individually wrapped. The bike was easy to put together and didn’t take much time to assemble. This is a great product…a must buy! 💕

I am blown away by not only the company but by the bike as well! They made me feel like family and were with me every step of the way with helping me choose the right bike for my daughter and it arrived today and is PERFECT. So excited to surprise her with this! Thank you guys!
