I love my bike❤️ The top handle bars for your arms was not working right so they sent me a replacement I have to want till my son can come over to change it because of the virus. I’m hoping it will be good once changed and I can finally use it.

I purchased this bike in late January. The assembled bike had a warped flywheel, but Customer care was fantastic, and the replacement bike was approved the next day, and received in 5 days.
Assembly is not difficult, and the replacement has been working perfectly. The magnetic flywheel is so quiet, you can barely hear it. The resistance settings click solidly at each level and the pedaling is very smooth and consistent. (I've made it to setting "4" briefly.) The upper arm exerciser is friction style, and it can make a little noise when tightening the resistance, But I can always find a quiet space just fiddling with the knob a little. The recumbent seat is very comfortable, and the the lower handlebars are easy to grab without looking down. The computer works well, tracking time, distance, calories, rpms, and total miles. If you're using the upper arm exerciser, you can set it on "hand" and it will display your upper body speed and distance.
Overall, this has been a great purchase. I'm motivated to use it every morning, and I feel it's giving a solid workout, which is more important than ever these days.

The bike is comfortable and easy to assemble. it is light-weight and a nice size. But the hand set is terribly loud. I have tried to address this, but no-one is in any hurry to do anything about it.
