I have a problem with the meter fitting into the grooves on the meter plate, it just won’t go all the way down. Otherwise I love the bike, very cushioned seat and back, and you can get a good arm and leg workout.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This recumbent bike is just what we've been looking for. It is so comfortable and easy to adjust the tension. The manufacturer, Stamina, immediately sent a replacement for a small part that had been damaged somehow in shipping. When I phoned the customer care number, I was quickly connected with a human being and wasn't subjected to aong wait enduring horrible music. She was clearly a native speaker of English, very pleasant and competent. What a welcome contrast to my struggles with an elliptical machine bought thorough amazon!!

Nice bike...but shipping problems...narrow packing tape dug into box...many broken plastc pieces...replacement came quickly, but one piece (gromet) obviously from wrong model...will call again...late discovery that meter plastic was also damaged...replacement on the way...

It is almost exactly what I wanted, for far less than I expected to pay! It has a different arm exerciser than I am used to, but should get the job done easily! It folds up to the size of an umbrella stand, too! (well, a large one) Very happy w/purchase!
