Does what it says, but overpriced and more fragile than expected

One of its features is the spout that can be placed in 3 configurations. After having connected it, I accidentally dropped it (entirely my fault). Not only did the spout come off (which is fine), but the circular drain at the base cracked. Honestly, for this price, I thought it would be better quality. Hopefully, in a future version, it might be a better idea to improve where the drain connects to the spout -- maybe make it metallic.
Also, when placed on a flat surface, the water does not exactly slide down the spout as much as one might think. A lot of the water just sits on the tray, which isn't a big issue. Maybe I need to place it on a small ramp...
Other than these two issues, it does what it's supposed to do. The adjustable size is why I chose this item over similar items by other competitors. Less expensive alternatives wouldn't have fit in my kitchen.

considering the cost of the item, the plastic bits look/feel cheap.
The number of items that are to be drained, also limited.

Love this expandable dish drainer.
Best feature is that water drains out of the spout straight into the sink.
Looks stylish too.
A little more expensive than other similar products but feels sturdy so hopefully will last a long time.

Ordering was a smooth process but took a bit longer than expected to arrive. Not long but not instant so not a game changer. Product is easy to assemble and adaptable to the space of your draining area. Quite easy to clean but can leave a white residue so I tend to wipe excess water off
