Although it has the same general features as my old unit (which worked well for 18 years), I definitely liked the new electronic display. It allows me to check the status of the battery without having to access the software system.

No Windows Server compatibility

The product in itself would be great. The compatible software won't work on windows server 2019.

I've been using this unit for 2 years now and have had no issues. Works great and has protected my equipment from multiple storms and outages. Works as expected. APC has always been high quality and they continue to be.

Worked as expected: I turned it on, connected the USB cable to Synology NAS, which instantly recognized it. After charging the battery, I unplugged it from the power outlet and all my devices (network gear + Synology NAS) continued to work. Synology software correctly detected "safe mode" and shut itself down after 10 minutes. The network router and modem can go on for way over an hour, so a power outage won't leave me without Internet for quite some time.

Great UPS but disappointed on the transfer time

I bought this a week ago. Simple to setup and use. The display on the front is very helpful. However I found the transfer time to be too long, about a half second before the battery power would kick in after the main power was lost. This resulted in my system shutting down. The purpose of my adding this UPS was to prevent my system from shutting down. Disappointed. Is there another APC product that has a faster transfer time?
Cons: Low Confidence in 24/7 Uptime

Nice compact UPS with 4 surge and 4 battery outlets. LED readout is simple and works well. Includes phone and coax protection as well. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using APC products for years, especially the APC UPS for protecting my computer hardware. I have never had any power related problems with my electronics. The APC UPS hardware is the greatest.
