Not worth the money third set and still trouble

This is my third set sent to me by there customer service department. The 2 other sets lasted 6 months each when sound diminished or one earbud had no sound. Bought January of 2019
Would not recommend this product and Jabra refuses to refund money back. Will try Best Buy customer service for my full refund or at least in store credit

Don't waste your money

Wow. Not even a month, very little useage. Right headphone is already screwed. If I'm ONLY using the right one- it's volume sounds as if it's at 5%, even though it's maxed. As soon as I put in the left one? Audio okay plays through the left, even though it'll still give me the "Device Connected" and notifications through the right one, still at ~5% volume. What a waste of my money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Left ear bud, sound diminshed

Worked great for the first year I had these, but then the left earbud's sound diminished to nearly mute - can barely hear it. Disappointing for a supposed high end ear bud.
I would avoid these, not recommended for the price and what happened.

Great when it worked

Once i found the right tip size it was a good fit, didnt fall out during pretty much any activity.
However one side volume dropped to almost nothing After about 6 months use. Tried updates no luck.

Great earbuds

It'll take a bit of fiddling around to figure how to fit them in your ears and what the best fitting pieces are, but once you figure out the right fit they are amazing. when the hear through mode is turned off i can't hear anything outside. the sound clarity and bass is great. definitely recommend.

The heart rate monitor was not accurate and I couldn’t return them even within a few days of receiving them. They are back in the box collecting dust - complete waste. Suggest buying separate HRM and earphones for less money

I bought the earbuds in August 2018. The pairing didn't work so I exchange the earbuds. Second pair, same issue. Now I am stucked with them and the pairing is always off. This is a waste of money. Look for other options.

Fit and Finish

I have had these for about a year now and they work great however I find tehy do still hurt a bit after prolonged use and recently the rubber casing has started to seperate from the ear bud. It almost seems warped on both. THis is not the wing part but the part where the buttons are.
