Poor sound

I was really disappointed, the volume was really low tried to find how to fix the issue and seems that is a common problem in the reviews. I had to return them

Righ earbud stopped working

Looks like im not the only one having problems. Bought in early 2020, its now Oct and the right earbud has issues. Basically its at 5% volume while the left is blasting. I have to shake it or knock it on something a couple times and it intermittently comes back on for a few minutes then dies again. Its not a battery issue either. Fully charged. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Purchased these earbuds a little over a year ago and have used them almost every day .
Great sound
very happy with the product
However the right Bluetooth earbud started to fail losing volume shortly after engaging a phone call
I contacted Jabra support team
They guided me on how to rectify the problem
When That didn’t work they Warrantied my earbuds and sent me a replacement set.

Left Ear Bud Problem

I should have listened to the few reviews that mention the Left Ear bud problem. Have had these for 3 months and Left Ear keeps dropping off. I haven't contacted Customer Service yet but by the sound of some of the reviews sounds like it will be a frustrating experience. I have probably used them less than 50 hours, for the price I would expect a lot more of this product. Soon to flush them down the toilet, i guess i'll see if they really are Water Proof.
STAY AWAY FROM PRODUCT.
