Great earbuds, horrible lifespan

After using these earbuds for two years, I can say that despite having a great experience with these while they lasted they are certainly not built to last long! My first pair lasted a year before the volume in the right earbud faded out slowly over time till it would no longer hold a charge. After contacting Jabra and speedily receiving a replacement, I continued to use the earbuds for another year before the exact same issue occurred. Not worth the price if its not built to last!

Does the job

No nonsense head buds. Tough plastic not very attractive but water resistant and decent sound. Many fitting options with the plastic contouring bits maybe too many making plastic waste. Easy to lose on the ground as almost totally black suggest put a paint colour on

I've had these earbuds for 2 1/2 years and they are working beautifully just like they did on day one. Sound is crisp and clean and that's coming from a Sound Designer. Workouts would not be same without them. Needless to say I love them very much, 100% would recommend.

Good but short lived

They have good sound quality and the waterproofing is nice but to keep them from falling out I had to use a rubber earpiece that was painful. I’ve had them for about 6 months and the housing is separating from the rest on the right earbud. Would not buy again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great if it worked

Honestly, when I first received these as a gift they were phenomenal; great sound and clear calls. Then the right earbud got quieter and quieter until it stayed silent save a few beeping noises. I've tried just about every recommendation I could find (cleaning, resetting, updating, re-connecting, re-installing etc, etc) and nothing has worked. From the looks of the forums I'm not alone either. It looks like a balance issue with their firmware that they've had for at least a year and a half.
The kicker is that the left earbud connects thru the right, so to listen to anything I have to have one working earbud in and the other broken one beeping and hissing in my other ear.
TL:DR; There is a fatal firmware issue that stops the earbuds from balancing, making one silent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Useless in the wind

The sound is very good and they fit well.
However, they should not be labeled 'Sport'.
O.K. for the gym I suppose but absolutely useless in the wind.
Outside on a windy day or riding my bicycle, the wind making contact with Jabra in-ears is so noisy it cancels out between 0-90% of the music depending on the strength of the wind.

Almost useless in the wind!

When riding my bike the wind seems to create an electric static type noise that overpowers the music by 0-80% depending on the amount of wind.

Quality speaks for itself through the ears

I was very hesitant in purchasing this unit but i am very excited i did. As a realtor, i use this mainly for calls and when i am at the gym for music. The best feature which i didnt even know this had is the auto rep counter for exercises. When you are in the gym, the jabra app can count how many squats you do and walk you through your exercise plan. Even ab work outs, it knows how many crunches you do and sounds a beep when you reached your goal! Definitely not found in the other in ear headphones!
I would recommend this to a friend!
