When the mat came, the box was in very good condition as well as the mat. The mat fits where I will be using it. I am intending to use the mat under a hot plate , for my canner as the canner is to tall to use on on my range . Thank You

Aside from finding this product More than I expected (I knew it would be slightly smaller than I actually needed), I am amazed and delighted to see the copious amount of covering that protected this product. I have preserved it, folded it, and am willing to post it back to you for the next purchase of the cover. We purchased two counter mats as a replacement for the one we bought at some store over 30 years ago. The quality was outstanding then, since it has lasted so long, and is even better now with the nonslip backing, The "old" one had a paper backing and needless to say has worked great, it was just time to "retire" it. Sorry, it may be another 30 years before our next purchase.

One corner on each of the two counter protectors arrived bent - the shipping box was pretty beat up and it must have happened because of that. We bent them back and they're okay.
