Weak phone case

Expected to be somewhat durable for what i’m paying for it picked it up off my counter dropped it straight down from counter height back shattered first time i dropped it too friend of mine bought the same case and happened to her too first time she dropped it.💔

We’re happy to send a new OtterBox product under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer.
