Waste of $$$$$

Ok bike, but it slides across the floor when I use it. It happens on wood, tile, and carpet. I called Customer Service and got the run around. I would like some help with this problem. It is a ton of $$$$$ to spend and not want to do battle with the bike when I use it. Is there a non slip mat I can use and where can I get one?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm sorry to hear that your product is sliding. To prevent the 15-0141 from moving during use we would recommend using a not slip mat. The main thing is to make sure you are sitting upright in the correct chair. If you are leaned back it can cause you to push the product away form you. The foot grips do not keep the bike stationary when using. I have found that I need to place it against a wall to keep it from moving. You can't see the monitor while riding, need to use my cell phone for timer.

This product was a waste of money. After 2 weeks or less the peddle keep come a lose after 12 minutes never was able to use it over 12 minutes

Only issue with this mini exercise bike is that is slides on the floor. A bathmat under the bike took are of this issue.
