If you find the Smooth Pedal System is moving away from you be sure to be sitting in an up right chair so that your weight is downward on the machine rather than pushing it away. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pedal machine! I had purchased a cheap one that was really cheesy and light. It slid all over. This machine is heavy and stays put for me. I especially like that it's quiet (not silent - but quiet). (Watch my video and you can hear my students but not my peddler). I would recommend this and it works if you do!
