Display looks great and installs quickly, but I'm greatly disappointed to learn that the USB ports on the back and underside of the monitor apparently aren't powered, and therefore aren't good for any external use, e.g. a speaker or a camera. I'm puzzled as to why they're even included. I called the help line several times and was told they are for internal use (?) and that external devices need to be plugged directly into the computer. This makes no sense. The ProArt display that this one replaced had 4 USB ports that worked just fine. Go figure.

Dear Valued Customer,
Undoubtedly, the display looks great.
We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused if are experiencing issues connecting an external speaker or camera. The USB-C does support power delivery and audio output to connect an external speaker system. To resolve the issue, please check if the PC meets the system requirements of the monitor. If it does, please ensure Windows and the PC's chipset and video drivers are up to date.

I needed an additional monitor for my MacBook Air and the Asus meets my needs. Set up was straight forward and the USBC cable (included) made the process very easy.
