[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kettle is amazing it boils water so fast. It’s very convenient for all the parents who always love to cook. The only thing that I have an issue with is the amount of electricity it takes when I turn it on.

Simple and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kettle saves me some time when it comes to boiling water, however it's not a huge difference. I honestly thought it would boil quicker than it does. When I fill it to the max line it takes about 8 minutes to boil and kick the heat off. It couldn't be easier to use. There's not much to it, just fill it up, set it on the base and push the button. Wait for the light to turn off and it's ready. Cleaning is easy too, just wipe down the outer parts. If there starts to be a buildup on the inside just boil some vinegar and water. Pretty simple. I also like the sleek design. It looks very nice when I have it setting on the counter.

I've had a number of electric kettles. All previous kettles were more complicated (and more expensive) and failed within a year or two. Fancy glass kettles and kettles with glued in windows for viewing all failed or leaked. This West Bend unit has a one piece stainless liner. No chance it will leak. If the electric element lasts, I expect this kettle should be good.
