I bought this a couple weeks ago and it is everything it claims to be. Wiring labeler is the bees knees

Worked great when new but now stuck on select tape width. Reset several time by pressing 6 and power but it gets to tape width select and wont select any chosen. Got past this once by pressing random buttons but cannot repeat whatever i did!! Using proper dymo cartridges! and left battery out for weeks to hopefully clear it (no luck).
