I bought this on sale for Black Friday. It’s my first ever Cricut machine or anything Cricut. Takes a wide range of materials. However, I can’t seem to get it to engrave the same quality as the first time I engraved an anodized aluminum dog tag. It takes about 45 minutes just to engrave one side of the tag, using a line avg so that the lines are more solid than just the outer edge of the lettering. But maybe I’m just doing something wrong. Time will tell. Also, I can’t get my stickers to do just a kiss cut, the cut always goes all the way through both layers of sticker paper. Again, must be me. Other than that it’s a pretty good machine for me. It’s the Cricut Maker 4.

Every time I try to make the happy Fourth of July card for the joy it separates into three different pieces which it does not work

Cricut Maker 4 is GREAT, “Free” Mat-Not so Great.

I had an Explore Air 2 that needed replaced so bought the Maker 4. Speed is wonderful, cuts beautifully, easy to use. My rating of a 4 is because they enclose inside the box a “free” blue cutting mat. This is not the same as what you order separately. Very thin mat and the way it is packaged, the edges were crinkled and creased. Not useable, as it would get stuck in the machine. So much for “making something right away!” I was surprised it was in the box in the first place!

Extra speed is a huge bonus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love my new maker 4 machine! I didn't think the extra speed would make such a big difference but it really does! I especially notice the difference when I'm making a project with multiple color layers, I save so much time every project. It is a little noisier than my last machine but the extra speed and precision definitely makes up for it! PLUS it's PINK! How perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Cricut Maker 4 maintains the same sleek design. Whereas the Cricut Maker 3 cable has a standard USB to connect to the computer, the new Cricut Maker 4 has a USB C. I do love the Seashell color. It is stunning and elegant. I also love the faster speed using materials on cutting mats since I use mats often. It seriously is noticeably faster. I engraved a keychain and I was amazed at how fast it finished engraving. It is an awesome new addition to the Cricut family!
