Won't connect

I received the make 4 from my husband, but mine has issues with connecting to my laptop .Sometimes when making a project it will not connect and when it does connect it will not go past the make it page on Design space...It's very annoying when I can't get it to work properly..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best cricut ever it cuts so fast and scores fast and writes much better than my old one. I had a old cricut when the clamp b broke but good thing it did! it is the best thing ever and it looks so pretty in the pink. Love it so much

Upgraded from original Maker to Maker 4 - love it!

I upgraded from the original Maker (which I loved) to the Maker 4. Wow am I glad I did. As much as I enjoyed working with the Maker, the Maker 4 is much better. It is much faster, has even more accurate cuts and it is much quieter. Also with upgraded technology, you get upgraded connections. Now I don’t need an adapter to hook it up to my MacBook Air that only has a USB C. I’m having so much fun with my Maker 4!
