So portable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a little brightly colored piece inside that is integral to the cutting mechanism, so make sure not to drop and lose it like I almost did! This label maker is so portable which makes it easy to carry around and label all the different school supplies I got for my kids' first year of school!

Super easy label maker, stickers are a little stubborn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This label maker was very easy to use and install the tapes. I just popped in the tape and started thumping, super simple. The only hard part is getting the sticker backing off and applying it. The labels themselves are a little tricky to peel. Once it’s on though, it sticks great and looks super clean. I used it to label my baking ingredients to get things started. It has a ton of settings and options. Three different style fonts, lots of room for typing and characters/words.

Perfect for a teacher

You can change many ways the words or numbers present. Changing the color is perfect for whenever a little zing is needed. The directions helped when I was stuck changing the type of font. Overall very nice for those type a people.

How easy it is to learn

The most frustrating device I ever bought

My last p-touch label maker lasted 27 years. I bought a new one today. The hand-held version. It arrived without a user manual, just plenty of instructions about safety, cautions, and warnings and a leaflet of pictures showing set-up without a word of instructions. I have fooled with this thing for 30 minutes, including asking AI to explain some of the buttons. I am disgusted that they couldn't just include a pamphlet showing the different keys and their functions with actual WORDS to explain how to use the devise. The on-line user manual is even more confusing! It's going to get another 30 minutes of my life and then it gets returned and I'll buy a competitor...any competitor that is user friendly.

Terrible product and service.

Terrible. I’ve purchased 2 separate Bother label printers. Both broke. One within a month. Couldn’t get it replace. Brother said they would send a replacement and didn’t and never responded again. I’ll never buy another Brither product and I’ll dissuade anyone I know from getting one. Garbage. Cheap garbage.
