So far... love it!

Shredders are now a necessity and NOT cheap. I think these machines should be dependable and not jam. So far- so good. Too many of these companies won't stand behind their products. Let's hope I'm not replacing this one soon!
Pros: Jam Resistance, Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs
Cons: Warranty

Great Shredder

I am replacing my W11C shredder with the same type. I have had my shredded for over 10 years and I think it would have lasted longer were it not for my guests. It failed when they were using it. This is a very reliable shredder for home use and I recommend it.
Pros: Quality Construction, Secure Cut Size, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs

works excellent,but just like any other shredder,if your wife holds down the top,soshe don,t have to dump it.it will jam!keep clean and dump when it is close to full and it will be one of the best you ever brought!

Powerful

This is a nice unit. It performs beyond my expectation. My previous shredder would struggle with a few sheets of paper while this one takes it all with no stalling. It's reasonably quiet, clearly marked function icons and auto feed works without a hitch.

Cons: cutter head is a bit heavy in weight.

Good Shredder

Fits nicely under the desk. Easy to fit papers into. Runs quietly and smoothly. I'm hoping it will last a few years. Don't know yet. I'll get back to you on that. I have a small business doing tax returns and each year I shred the sixth year back, about 5000 pages. Operation went smoothly. Good shredder!!

We would recommend that you space out the shredding of your 5000 post tax time sheets to ensure that your 11C last you for a long time to come! As a friendly reminder, the suggested duty cycle for this model is 5 minutes on followed by a 30 min cool down period.
