love the quietness . it bogs down with two sheets of paper , didnot attempt credit card. still was worth buying.

Built as good, or better, than any shredder I've owned. Safety features meet and exceed what I actually expect. Crosscut size is great for my security needs, might have opted for confetti for even more security. Sheet capacity is more than I need, as I don't normally shred more than one or two sheets at a time. Haven't experienced a jam and I like how quiet it runs. Don't normally shred CD's, but I don't think I'll have any problem if I do.

still too new !

some time needs to pass before I can truly give this a review based on exerience... but so far so good. it's alot shorter than i expected. lifting off the head of the device is awkward. i'm replacing a previous fellowes unit, the model # of which i don't know at the moment, sorry. it was a heavy duty crosscut unit that jammed one day and refused to un-jam...

Fellowes makes a good product!

My previous Fellowes crosscut lasted us 11 years. I hope this one will serve us that long! I actually preferred the style of our previous Fellowes crosscut.. It was easier to remove the bulky top than the 11C model is bcause it had a handle on the top! The new one is working well though.

I had a old shredder, also jams on me with a few sheets, shred straight still see information strips, not safe. this new product is just great, no need the worry about readable strips, fast, easy to operate, and very quite

I only buy Fellowes

I've used 3 Fellowes W11C shredders for over 10 years...Due to their durability and performance, I only considered a Fellowes replacement. The 11C that I purchased is very quiet...performs very well. I'm very pleased with the improved style and appearance. While the cross-cut pieces are a little longer than the W11C, the cut is still significantly more than sufficient. Since I've had the new equipment for only 2 weeks I can't really judge it's durability but I have confidence it will be fine because it is a Fellowes.
