this shredder is a good product but it is a replacement for another brand we had which I liked better

Cons: Secure Cut Size, Sheet Capacity

Works well and thoroughly destroys documents. Quiet, easy to keep up. Would buy again and recommend to others.

LOVE THE STYLE

However, I used it for a large amount of paper and it has jammed more than twice. Overall it is a fast shredder.

The 11c works wonderful

This is a nice unit. It performs beyond my expectation. My previous shredder would struggle with a few sheets of paper while this one takes it all with no stalling. It's reasonably quiet, clearly marked function icons and auto feed works without a hitch.

Cons: cutter head is a bit heavy in weight.

works excellent,but just like any other shredder,if your wife holds down the top,soshe don,t have to dump it.it will jam!keep clean and dump when it is close to full and it will be one of the best you ever brought!
