Good but not perfect

Once you get all the buttons figured out (not intuitive like the old one i had) the printer works very well. However the instructions leave a lot to be desired (there aren't any) and going the web site is equally frustrating. The combination of buttons to do the desired tasks in NOT intuitive. In addition it took some time to figure out how to peel the back off the printed label ( fold it in half to take the back off). Spent some time with a knife trying to separate backing from label until i stumbled on the two piece backing. Would have liked a 3 1/2 choice but alas none exists
I would recommend this to a friend!
