[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Brother label makers at work for many years so I was very excited to have my own! It is super easy to use, assemble and change cartridges, my 4 year old had a blast for an hour trying to print his own labels. The instructions are very clear and I love that it is battery operated and easy to carry around. The only thing I would like to point out is that the tape likes to get stuck and I had to open it couple times to fix it because the labels are getting stuck inside machine and all wrinkled. Easy to fix but quite annoying. Overall good product.
