Perfect for home use

Really good shredder for home use shreds well to avoid identity theft
Pros: Jam Resistance, Quality Construction, Secure Cut Size, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs
Cons: could do with larger bin

Great shredder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned and used this shedder for 9 months and find the it does a wonderful job with all sorts of paper, credit cards and other shredable material. Easy to empty and replace interior basket. Does what it is designed to do very well.

Jams and Does Not Unlock

Even when it is oiled it jams and the button to unlock it will not work. This is the second machine we have tried.
Pros: Quality Construction, Safety Features, Service Guarantee
Cons: Jam Resistance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
