Great shredder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned and used this shedder for 9 months and find the it does a wonderful job with all sorts of paper, credit cards and other shredable material. Easy to empty and replace interior basket. Does what it is designed to do very well.
Pros: Jam Resistance, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs
I would recommend this to a friend!

Jams and Does Not Unlock

Even when it is oiled it jams and the button to unlock it will not work. This is the second machine we have tried.
Pros: Quality Construction, Safety Features, Service Guarantee
Cons: Jam Resistance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needed to replace a previous Fellowes shredder but needed a smaller unit. This is great!

Perfect for home use
