Nothing new here

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used thermal printing labels for years. Although there have been minor changes in material, these are basically the same. Avery makes great, affordable products but there is nothing special here. These labels and their respective printers are invaluable tools for those who print numerous shipping labels. For the average consumer the expense of the printer alone is cost prohibitive.
Should you want to use these labels to mark boxes(i.e Christmas, Spring, ...etc), the have a very good adhesive backing. If you want to hand write you labels, use a permanent marker. This takes 20 seconds or so to dry and will not smudge. A ball point pen will smudge even after drying for 5 minutes.
These labels will yellow over time and that will accelerate if stored in a hot attic. I can't attest to how long the adhesive backing will remain viable in such an environment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Avery Direct Thermal Shipping Labels are bright white labels that allow the print to The Avery Direct Thermal Labels are bright white allowing the print to be sharp and clear. Do not need a ink cartridge, the labels are used with a thermal printer such as DYMO and Seiko. The labels are easy to install. Water resistent and will not smudge.

Exactly as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Avery Direct thermal shipping labels fit my Dymo label printer perfectly and printed out very clear. The adhesive is strong and they do not tear or jam easily; I have had no issues printing on these labels.

These work with a variety of direct thermal printers, with their bright white, smudge free labels that resist scratches, water, dirt, dust and grease.

They are great! They work with the two different brand thermal printers we have, and are smudge proof and scratch and water

The roll comes in a nice bag to protect the labels from moisture and they are easy to load, easy to use and great for many different labeling needs

They work with our printer and are smudge proof as well as scratch and water resistant. They are nice and sticky and easy to affix to envelopes and packages. They are also the perfect size and you get a lot of labels! The white background makes the printing stand out so it is easy to read. We are happy with these and would get them again.

They stay in place once I put them on the envelope, too. These are perfect for anyone who sends a lot of packages. I highly recommend these labels.
