Perfect purchase for my needs

The product lived up to all of my expectations. Assembly was relatively easy using the template as instructed. I would not hesitate to recommend the product.

The brackets on the hanger use to be metal , now plastic and split upon screwing down,so don't over tighten.
Pros: Warranty
Cons: Quality Construction, plastic l brackets
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product seems fine. The cost was a little higher than others I researched (but the quality may be a bit better than the others). The instructions were a little unclear but I worked through it. There were left over parts (I am assuming there were shipping screws and extra screws). Hopefully I didn't leave anything off. It would be helpful to mention that if it is normal.
Pros: Quality Construction, design, durable
