I needed a new under desk keyboard tray at work. It finally arrived and was installed. How nice to have a a quiet sliding drawer for a change and is really smooth. I am so glad to have it back. I can't have the keyboard on the desktop anymore. I would recommend this tray to anyone.
Pros: Quality Construction, design
Cons: do not perceive any as of yet

Packaging issue

I could not use the the mouse pad extension as all the screw holes were broken when I unpacked it. I could use an extension for an adding machine but it didn't appear to be sturdy enough for that anyway. I didn't want my mouse down there so I just omitted that part. Simple solution is to not pre-assemble that part. Pressure on the screws during shipping broke the holes they were in.
Pros: design, Functionality, easy assembly
Cons: bad packaging
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just what I needed

I built a desk out of 1 1/2" thick oak and a pair of oak filing cabinets but the keyboard and mouse height were causing pain in my right shoulder and I thought it might be due to the height and location of the keyboard and mouse. I installed the drawer this morning and worked all day without pain! This did what I needed and it's pretty sturdy.

GREAT PRODUCT

It was quick and easy to install. It glides in and out nicely. My large, ergonomic keyboard does not fit well but I am making due. I'm not sure about the slide out mouse holder however I'm trying it out.

Perfect for where needed

I made a desk out of a bakers rack. This drawer was easy to install. It holds the keybord. I don't use the mouse pad much, the mouse worksfine on the top. Great for the money
