[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a package of Duracell 9V batteries with the intent of using them in my smoke detectors. Little did I know that they would be used for something more important. Hurricane Ian was heading our way so we gathered our supplies and started replacing batteries, turns out it was my daughter's flashlight that needed 9V. We spent 2 days without power, and those batteries never failed us. Duracell is our go to batteries for everything now.

I love using Duracell batteries for that because they last a long time and Duracell's reputation helps me to feel that my family would be safer if we ever had a fire in our home. I always keep Duracell 9 volt batteries on hand for whenever the current batteries in my smoke detector run low. The fact that these batteries are guaranteed to last 5 years always makes me feel confident that they will last until I need them.
