I bought two of these chairs; the first one was a Christmas present for my son since he is a Gamer and he needed a new chair for his room. I tried it out after he set it up and realized that it was a very comfy chair - the back support is amazing and I love that you're able to move the arms out if you don't want to use them. After I tried my son's chair out I decided to get one for myself. I wasn't disappointed. The chair is billed for gaming but I think it's also a great office chair (home and business).

I bought this for my son's birthday and assembled on 12/12/2018 - he's not used it much but here it is 1/9/2019 and have noticed the bottom cushion is broken down on both sides where the legs go - the center of the cushion is still intact but not very comfortable. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Great chair at a great price. I bought 2. One for each of my boys. Ages 10 and 17. Both love the chair.

The item is great. I used the chat link to change the address delivery this was done before the processing chat link person said it was completed but it was not . Probably will not be using Staples again.

Purchased 3 for the gamers in my house and they all love it. Padded armrests are great to have.
