I went in looking for a chair one office chair and came out with two great looking gaming chairs .I mean they were outstanding.I sat in the one and inmediately got another one they were built strong but comfortable .Also got the protection plan as well. But the most important thing is the quality of service that I received from Chris. He was very pleasant and you could tell he took pride in his work as well as making the customer feel welcomed . Been thinking of getting new chair for myself and when saw on sale for Black Friday got it. Liked the chair so well after went to store and test sat it so to speak got second chair for my niece. Easy to put together for most part one place where put cover over screw not shaped correctly but doesn't show. Comfortable sit in as don't do gaming but she does. Family members who sat in it all liked it. Would buy again when needed.
