The chair was a Christmas gift from my wonderful husband. I seen it in a Staples ad and remarked how I would love to have it. He went to Staples the next day and purchased it to big to hide so I'm now sitting in it typing this note. Merry Christmas to ALL

I would give this chair a 5 star because it’s comfortable and a nice looking. There is a handle to adjust the height without force. The chair swivels side to side and can rock back and forth with ease.

Everyone was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem I had was convincing one staff member that the chair I wanted was on sale. There was a confusion between the one advertised and the one sitting on the second floor. Eventually it was straightened out with the help of staff members on the basement level. The chair is now sitting in my living room and everyone loves it but I'm stymied as to what to do with my cats who would like nothing more than to tear the new chair to shreds.
