The chair has to be put together. Usually instructions are not as clear as they should be. Not the case with this chair. The instructions were clear and the screws were packaged and clearly marked. I didn't have to guess which screws to use and where to use them. As for the chair itself it's comfortable - which is more important to me than how the chair looks. BTW the chair looks really good sitting behind my desk. I also like that the chair arms can be raised when not needed.

Great chair. Packed well each part was in a separate labeled bag instructions were relatively clear for assembly (remember not to fully tighten the screws until the bottom and back of the chair are lined up with the holes). We use it as a desk chair for the computer and its really comfortable. Highly recommend especially at the sale price!
