Seems comfortable. I've only had it a short time. I get up after a number of hours and my back isn't stiff or sore a real plus. I like the cool black and red. My wife is appalled. A genius engineer simplified the construction of this thing! But the directions to put it together are pictures only. No text. So they call for some intuiting. Look on the pieces for arrows and 'front.'

The chair was easy to put together and the leather felt nice. I did not find it comfortable. I felt I was sliding forward and could not adjust the back. I ended up giving this to my son. I would not recommend to anyone with back pains.
