The service we got from several floor employees was top notch as we were finding a chair for my 80+ year old dad! Thank you for having so many options!
There is nothing really special about this chair that stands out. It's labeled as a "gamer" chair due to the pattern of the fake leather. A lot of chairs are like this. Assembly was no more difficult than other chairs I have assembled in the past requiring only the supplied allen wrench. The sturdiness of the chair remains to be seen. Initially it seems just okay. Over time may tell a different story. This is not $300 gaming chair for sure. But it doesn't feel as flimsy as other chairs we tried in the store that cost more so this is a plus for this chair. Adjustments are few but not really needed given this design. Up/Down tilt lock and tension. Basic really. Would I buy this chair again? Yes if the price was the same or less. If I could afford a $300+ gaming chair I would buy that instead.
My 12 year old son desperately wanted a gaming chair and we were both excited about this chair. He's only had it for a few months and it is almost unusable as far as I am concerned as it sits so unevenly that it feels like I'm going to slide off the left front corner of the seat whenever I sit down at my son's computer.
