This is the 2nd chair that I have purchased in the last 6 months. I like the width of the seat the comfortable padded feel and the adjustable arms. It has a big stable base for the wheels and you do not feel like you will tip over. The chair is easy to assemble. My only con is the arms do not incline to a full perpendicular state.
2 Things to consider: 1 - On our office budget we cannot purchase high-end chairs so this rating takes price point into consideration. I am sure there are chairs that feel like sitting on clouds but not within our budget. 2 - I am 5'9" 200 pounds and I fidget and shift my weight constantly which can be hard on office chairs. I have had my chair almost 4 months now and intentionally waited to post a review. I am still very happy with this chair. While it is not quite like sitting on a cloud I feel the cushion is holding up well. At some point I will probably need to add a small cushion to the seat but not any time soon. I am in my onsite office 4-5 days a week sometimes 10 hours a day and will be purchasing this chair for my home office as well. My colleagues all wish they had thought of gaming chairs for their desks. I rarely use the armrests and purchased a lap desk and cordless keyboard so I lean back and optimize the lumbar support.
The chair isn't as comfortable as the model in the store and was a tough build. I've also seen the chair listed for $30 less at another store. A little disappointed.
