Overall the product is well served. It was very hard to put together; but it very comfortable to sit and very steerable.

This is a nice looking chair. My only complaint is that the seat back is not adjustable only the height. That being said it is comfortable if you like to always sit straight. One other note is that the seat back was a little difficult to attach other than that I would say it's a nice looking chair and will fit into any office environment or gaming room.

Excellent leather chair with nice styling and leather form fitting without going soft while sitting like an executive chair. Whats even better is the pricing level for this chair compared to others like this at other retail stores which are either double or more in price brand not withstanding.
