Insufficient padding. Doesn't tilt back much. Arms don't swing all the way back up out of the way.

I'm not a gamer but I do spend a lot of time in front of my computer. This chair is comfortable for sitting for a long time. Usually the arms on a chair keep me from sitting comfortably when I pull out my keyboard shelf. These arms actually fit well enough so I have no problem. They also fold out of the way when my little dog insists on sitting in my lap. I am very well pleased with this chair and recommend it.

I work from home and will sit in front of the computer for hours at a time. I have a bad lower back and this chair has helped me to be more comfortable sitting at my desk.

This chair was a good value and fits my needs. Your star rating above not so much. I tried to give it five stars but the app wouldn't allow it. Perhaps you need a new tech?
