The chair is very comfortable and supportive. I have only had it for a couple of weeks but so far it is doing well and I have really enjoyed it.

One of the plastic pieces that holds the wheels in broke within 4 months. Chair does not hold the 275 lbs it claims. Granted chair was on carpet so may have had harder time rolling. Replaced with a chair that had all metal wheels and wheel holders.

excellent. planned to purchase another one the day following pick up but it reverted to its original price. I have to wait when the chair goes back on sale.

Very comfortable I like the height of this chair and the height of the armrests. I weigh about 170 and I think the padding is just fine. I've only had it a few weeks but so far it's been worth the purchase. If you think the tilt is too stiff there's a knob under the seat to adjust the tightness of the tilt all you had to do was read the guide.

Tilt back is a little "stiff". I do recommend it.
